HOW IT FEELS

Expect to shake. Expect to sweat. Expect to leave feeling like you've worked every single muscle, because you have. Classes are capped at 4 people so every session feels personal.

Max 4 per class · Reformer-based

The MACHINE

The Machine uses spring resistance and a sliding carriage to create constant tension throughout each movement, targeting slow-twitch muscle fibres for tone, strength and endurance.

Spring resistance

Why it works

THe science behind the shake.

Lagree was designed by Sebastien Lagree to combine the safest elements of pilates with the effectiveness of strength training. The result: a workout that is simultaneously cardio, strength and flexibility — in 45 minutes flat.

01

time under tension

Slow, controlled movements keep muscles under load for longer. The key driver of strength and tone.

02

Zero impact

Spring resistance replaces gravity. Joints are protected while muscles are fully challenged. Safe for all ages.

03

Full body, every time

No muscle group is spared. Each class works the core, legs, glutes, arms and back in sequence.

What you'll gain

REAL RESULTS. REAL FAST.

Strength + tone

Build lean muscle and definition without the bulk. The Machine sculpts without adding size.

Cardio fitness

Your heart rate stays elevated throughout. Burn calories during and after class with lasting metabolic effect.

Flexibility + Posture

Each session lengthens as it strengthens. Expect better posture, less tension and greater range of movement.

Questions

GOOD TO KNOW.

I've never done Lagree before. Can I come?

Absolutely. All of our classes are open to every level. Your instructor will guide you through the machine and modify exercises to suit your body.

How is Lagree different from pilates?

Lagree uses a different and more complex machine than a standard reformer with a focus on slow, sustained tension and elevated heart rate. It is more intense than traditional pilates.

What should I wear and bring?

Grip socks are required (available to purchase at the studio). Wear fitted, comfortable workout clothing. Bring water, you will need it.

How many classes per week should I do?

Most members see best results with 2–3 sessions per week. Because of the intensity, your body needs recovery time between sessions, which is built into the method.

Ready to shake?

After that, you'll wonder why you waited. Come in, try a class, meet Marco in person. The door is always open.
