One reformer.
Two practices.
Infinite depth.

Reformer Pilates

Classical method. Precision alignment, core stability and controlled strength through spring resistance.

Reformer Yoga

The world's first yoga-reformer fusion. Deeper stretches, amplified strength, dynamic stability.

The Machine

Built on resistance. Designed for possibility.

The reformer uses a moving carriage and spring resistance to create movement that is both supported and challenging. Every spring, position and transition can be adapted, allowing the body to explore strength, control, mobility and balance.

At Spaces, one reformer becomes the foundation for two distinct practices: Reformer Pilates and Reformer Yoga. Different in approach, united by one principle: when resistance is used intelligently, movement becomes more meaningful.

What we offer

Two classes.
One reformer each.

Classical method · Modern reformer

REFORMER PILATES

Classical Pilates, reimagined on the reformer. Every session is built around precision, alignment, deep core control and considered strength — with each movement adapted in real time to the four people in the room.

With only four places per class, no two sessions feel exactly the same. Because no two bodies move in exactly the same way.

  • Strength and definition with control

  • Deep core strength and greater spinal support

  • Improved posture, mobility and range of movement

  • Low-impact movement, adapted to your body and ability

REFORMER YOGA

Reformer Yoga brings modern yoga onto the reformer, using spring resistance and a moving carriage to deepen the experience of every posture.

The result is a practice that feels familiar yet entirely different — more supported, more precise and more demanding in all the right places.

  • Deeper, more sustained movement

  • Strength built through controlled resistance

  • Greater core stability and balance

  • More precision in alignment and form

Intimate classes, limited to four.

We chose four. On purpose.

The reformer rewards precision and precision requires attention. With just four people in each class, your instructor has the space to see how you move, refine the details and adapt the session in real time.

01

Your instructor sees how you move.

Your form, range and control are carefully observed, allowing each session to be adjusted with greater precision.

02

Every class adapts to you.

We modify exercises in real time to the four bodies in the room that day. Your class is never quite the same as anyone else's.

03

You progress faster.

Corrections happen in the moment, not at the end of class. That immediate feedback helps you move with greater precision and make every session count.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we
get asked.

One reformer.
Yours for the class.

Four people maximum. An instructor who knows every body in the room. And a practice that changes how you move through the world.
